Start Media Services: XHS, KOC, WeChat, Video and Social Media in Singapore

1. Outsourced Marketing Package: SGD 3,900 a month

• A full social media team for about the cost of one hire, with a 6-month minimum.

• 10 short videos a month, filmed in one shoot day and posted to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and WeChat.

• 10+ local influencer visits a month (1,000+ followers each), 3 poster designs, paid ads management (ad spend billed separately) and festive campaign planning.

2. XHS Account Management (小红书代运营): SGD 1,600–2,500 a month

• 6–15 notes a month written in native Chinese, planned around what your customers search for on Xiaohongshu.

• Blue V business account set-up, comment and message replies, and a monthly report. Your business owns the account.

3. XHS KOC Store Visits (博主探店): from SGD 2,000

• Creators from our network of 100+ Singapore XHS KOCs (1K to 50K followers) visit your business and post honest notes and short videos.

• You provide the meal, product or service. We invite, brief, schedule and review every note. KOLs above 50K followers are quoted on your budget.

4. WeChat Channels (视频号) and Official Account (公众号)

• WeChat Channels management from about SGD 2,000 a month, plus SGD 600 a year for Blue V verification: native Chinese scripts, filming, editing, publishing and boosting.

• WeChat Official Account set-up and monthly articles, quoted on request.

5. Short Video Production: one-off shoots SGD 600

• Planning, on-site filming at your outlet and editing, with separate versions for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Xiaohongshu and WeChat Channels.

6. Social Media Management (one platform): SGD 1,600–2,500 a month

• 6–10 posts a month on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Xiaohongshu, in English or native Chinese, with a monthly report.

7. Posters, Dianping and Other Platforms

• Poster and graphic design for menus, promotions and in-store displays (3 posters a month are included in the SGD 3,900 package).

• Dianping (大众点评) can be run alongside Xiaohongshu. Douyin (China) is possible if your business has a mainland China phone number.

8. For Malaysian Businesses

• XHS Blue V registration, XHS ad account opening and WeChat Channels services. Ongoing account management and KOC store visits are for Singapore businesses.
